HOW DO I KNOW AN ITEM IS THE RIGHT SIZE?

We try our best to measure each item accordingly (in cm), you can find these measurements in the item description. We also provide the original size as stated on the items tag.

DO YOU SELL ITEMS WITH HOLES, STAINS OR ARE FADED?

Vintage clothing can have their imperfections, which adds to their uniqueness. If you are buying vintage clothing do NOT expect a perfect item. Don’t even buy vintage in the first place. Vintage clothes have history, therefore they are vintage. This history is shown through holes, stains or sun fading. We are transparent about the so-called ‘imperfections’. If you want more photos or information, feel free to contact us!

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped via DPD or DHL or I will personally deliver them to your house Shipping rates are visible on the checkout page and are dependent on country. To make your life easier, we have listed the rates below.

  • NL*- €5,
  • WESTERN EUROPE - €10,-
  • REST OF EUROPE - €16,-
  • INTERNATIONAL - €25,-

*Please note: We provide an eco-friendly shipping option, which is only available for the selected cities. We cannot guarantee a succesful delivery if this shipping option is chosen by a customer who does not live in one of these cities. The order will be cancelled or extra costs may apply.

HOW LONG WILL MY SHIPMENT TAKE?

After your purchase, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. We usually ship as soon as possible! Message us for an exact estimation, since delivery time varies per country. DPD/DHL tracking number will be provided with all orders at your provided email. Check your spam folders please. Below are the estimated times for each zone. We are located in the Netherlands, so the closer to the Netherlands, the sooner it will come to you

  • NL 1-2 days
  • WESTERN EUROPE 1-7 days
  • REST OF EUROPE 5-12 days
  • INTERNATIONAL 4-14 days

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! Currently our online shop supports international shipping to all European countries. Please fill out your shipping address on the checkout page to see if shipping is available. If it is unavailable, contact us and we’ll work some magic.

As previously stated, international order processing and shipment times vary. Shipments will be listed at retail value and identified as “Merchandise”. Before ordering overseas, please familiarize yourself with your country’s import fees. iii. vintage is not responsible for any additional charges.

A DHL/DPD tracking number will accompany all international orders.

*Please note: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, international orders are often delayed. Unfortunately, we do not have any control on this, and we cannot expedite any deliveries. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we’ll happily (okay maybe not happily) refund or exchange your purchase.

In case we overlooked a flaw or something is wrong with your order and its our fault. Dont hesitate to contact us via our mail contact@iiivintage.com or dm us on instagram. We will get you a full refund or exchange your purchase. The return shipping costs is also covered by us!

After receiving the returned product, we will issue you a full refund less the original shipping/handling charges within 14 days, or provide an exchange of the same price. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, as the customer. Exchange shipping for the new product is provided by us free of charge.* Please email us at contact@iiivintage.com with your Order # in the subject line to begin the returns process. Unsolicited returns are not accepted.

All returns and exchanges must be in the exact same condition and unwashed. We hold the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met. For real – if you’ve worn it, it’s yours now. Please secure proper packaging for shipping, as it is your responsibility that your order reaches us in good condition. We recommend retaining a proof of shipment from your postal service in case of disputes.

We are not responsible for covering shipping costs of returning merchandise. So please make sure everything is in order before you place an order. We don't like to waste money and probably neither do you. Please enjoy our items, we sell dope stuff. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Please ensure your order is correct before we ship it out.
