Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we’ll happily (okay maybe not happily) refund or exchange your purchase.

After receiving the returned product, we will issue you a full refund less the original shipping/handling charges within 14 days, or provide an exchange of the same price. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, as the customer. Exchange shipping for the new product is provided by us free of charge. Please email us at contact@iiivintage.com with your Order # in the subject line to begin the returns process. Unsolicited returns are not accepted.

All returns and exchanges must be in the exact same condition and unwashed. We hold the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met. Please secure proper packaging for shipping, as it is your responsibility that your order reaches us in good condition. We recommend retaining a proof of shipment from your postal service in case of disputes.

We are not responsible for covering shipping costs of returning any used merchandise. For real – if you’ve worn it, it’s yours now. Please enjoy it, we have dope stuff.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Please ensure your order is correct before we ship it out.
